When to find it? April

The Cornuelle is a triangular-shaped pastry about the size of a palm made from biscuit dough and originating from Poitou Its edges are ribbed, it has a hole in the centre and is covered in pink and white sprinkles. The Cornuelle is traditionally made for Palm Sunday at the start of spring.
