Originally from Bordeaux and a student at the Talence hotel management school, Frédéric Schueller headed off to conquer Paris where he worked for top chefs in prestigious establishments such as the Hôtel Bristol and the famous gourmet bistro L’Os � Moelle for 10 years.
In 2006, the opportunity to return to Bordeaux arose and he opened the Atelier des Chefs, a concept of cooking classes for individuals. Keen to promote his cuisine and always remain in contact with his customers, it was while reading a magazine that the idea of setting up a food truck became a matter of course.
