Thibault Tauzia

Thibault is a free-range poultry farmer with the Landes P.G.I. Label Rouge in the commune of Campagne. His chickens are raised free to roam, without wire fencing or enclosures. They are fed with what they find in the forest as well as with the corn grown on the farm and a plant-based protein supplement.
