At the dawn of winter in the south of the Landes, kiwi orchards heavy with fruit make the most of the last rays of sun. Available on market stalls from December to May, this little fruit is bursting with vitamins. Compliance with strict specifications, the land and the savoir-faire of producers have made the Adour kiwi an exceptional fruit. It’s the only kiwi to have been awarded a Label Rouge since 1992, a sign of its superior quality. Incidentally, in addition to this official mark, this fruit was awarded a Protected Geographical Indication (P.G.I.) guaranteeing the origin of the crop.
Whether for breakfast, eaten as is, to awaken the taste buds, as a dessert, in a fruit’s salad, or even as a sweet/savoury association, it adapts to all tastes and all cravings.
